Position: Facility Coordinator

Job Description:
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are looking for an ambitious, organized and meticulous individual for the role of facilities co-ordinator. The facilities co-ordinator is responsible for the upkeep and management of Tiger-Cats headquarters, located at 1 Jarvis Street, as well as facility management responsibilities at all Hamilton Tiger-Cats home dates. This position will be based at the Tiger-Cats 1 Jarvis Street headquarters and requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Complete daily walkthrough to review and maintain Tiger-Cats 1 Jarvis St facility
-Ensure annual execution of 1 Jarvis Street maintenance schedule
-Ensure 1 Jarvis Street facility meets all health and safety requirements
-Develop and maintain relationships with our office contractors including facilitation, scheduling and coordination of office contracts including electrical, office cleaning, snow plowing, security and access system, plumbing, HVAC, exterior grounds keeping, general wear and tear, pest control, lock and key, etc.
-On-call contact for all Tiger-Cats security issues at 1 Jarvis St.
-Assist in preparation and build out of Tiger-Cats Guelph Stadium including general work, maintenance, cleaning, staff access, and other duties
-Ensure that the Tiger-Cats home stadium is up to standard on all home game dates including:
- Suites
- Lounges
- Clubs
- Concourses
-Driver of office vehicles and trucks to all work functions Other duties as determined by management.


Proven ability to do general maintenance work at a professional level
A positive leader, who displays a passion for their craft, an openness to learning, and a superior work ethic
Proven organizational and time management skills
Completion of a post secondary degree is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to multitask while remaining service centric
