Position: Sales Consultant

Job Description:
Full Time Ticket Sales Representative: Fan Relationship Management Center, Toronto, ON, Canada.

Reports to: Manager - Fan Relationship Management Center

Position Overview: We are seeking a teachable, positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports sales industry leader. This Sales Representative will be responsible for duties potentially including but not limited to: making outbound sales contact with fans and other friends of the Club, renewing season ticket and group ticket accounts, servicing inbound calls, up-selling internet sales, along with any other relevant ticket plans as they are made available. Revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing, face to face presentations and in-stadium tours. Day to day leadership and mentoring of this career growth oriented, sports sales development program will be provided by the Ticket Sales Manager. Sales Representatives will receive the tools, programs and systems necessary for them to "BE GREAT."

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Responsibilities include but are not limited to)
1. Performing outbound calls to sell Season Tickets & Group Tickets for the Toronto Argonautsts, up-sell internet sales, making outbound sales contact with fans and other friends of the Club, with the purpose of maximizing season ticket and group ticket sales and renewals.
2. Grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads
3. Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within the Customer Relationship Management and/or Ticket system databases
4. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
5. Make 100 outbound calls daily.
6. Mine for additional leads and creatively develop and grow individual pipeline
7. Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:
• University degree in Business or Sports Management preferred
• Desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience; display a genuine desire to help people
• Archtics or ticketing software experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Professional image and demeanor a must
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
• Little or no ticket sales experience required
• Available to work Toronto Argonauts game nights and special events as needed.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, plus commissions based on meeting weekly sales goals.
