Position: CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS

Job Description:
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Client Service Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships is primarily responsible for managing the marketing activations of a select group of Tiger-Cats partners. In this role, he/she will go beyond the management of relationships and transactions to be a true solutions provider for our partners. This individual will provide excellent client service, help clients generate powerful marketing activations, and enable the creation of synergistic marketing programs. The Client Service Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Corporate Partnerships.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- On-going communication with client leads on all assigned sponsorship accounts.
- Provide sales support including research, proposal development, concept ideation, reporting, etc.
- Manage the execution of pre and regular season deliverables - i.e. creative development and approvals, digital campaign development and execution, as well as the execution of contract deliverables such as; promotional trips, hotel needs, tickets, merchandise, player and cheerleader appearances.
- Manage planning and execution of partner hosting and relationship building events.
- Work with the Marketing/Events group to ensure effective fulfillment of in-stadium execution for all assigned accounts.
- Liaise with suppliers/contractors to facilitate the execution of sponsor-related programs.
- Analyze sponsor activation performance, make sound strategic conclusions and communicate them through the presentation of post-season reports.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE):

Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, sports administration or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years applied experience
- Sponsor fulfillment/servicing experience (corporate or agency side) a definite asset

Job Specific Skills and Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Specific Competencies:
- Understanding of core marketing concepts, sponsorship leveraging, valuation, program customization
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Intern(s)
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
- Will be required to work all home games, as well as weekends as required.
- Will be required to have access to a vehicle at all times.

START DATE:

April 15, 2013

TERM:
Contract - April 15 - November 15, 2013
