Job Description:
OPPORTUNITY
Coordinator, Member Services
Report to: Director, Memberships Services

TWO FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Start Date: Immediately
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hour work week / some weekends required

Main duties:

Two full time positions are available. Duties include:
• Database management
• Project management
• Customer Service
• Administrative Skills (Committee preparation and follow up, coordinate meetings)
• Sponsorship fulfillment
• Member Communication co-ordination

Required skills:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to work in groups and independently
• Manage multiple priorities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment
• Flexible hours / some weekends

Assets include:
o French language skills
o Golf knowledge
