Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) is the governing body for alpine ski racing in Canada with more than 50,000 athletes, coaches, officials and volunteer members and over 200,000 supporting members. ACA manages the high performance programs for the athletes of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team and the Canadian Para-Alpine Ski Team who represent Canada throughout the world. MANAGER, SALES AND MARKETING

Alpine Canada Alpin is seeking an individual to fill the role of Manager, Sales and Marketing. The goal of this position is to seek and develop new sponsor partnerships and help existing partners maximize their involvement with Alpine Canada Alpin through cooperative marketing efforts. These effects will be based on pre established sales and marketing targets.

We need someone who can credibly work with our top partners to develop and execute promotional and sales programs that help them build their business while using ACA programs and events as the lever.

A solid understanding of branding, promotions and event marketing that drives awareness and sales is key. A good knowledge of co-operative marketing and an acute understanding of sales strategies in the retail industry would be an asset.

We would be happy to talk to individuals who possess a good cross selection of the above along with a commitment to providing exceptional client service. The successful candidate will need to understand and believe in the team concept in order to succeed. A post secondary diploma or degree in a related field of study is necessary. A passion for skiing is an asset.
