CANADIAN SKI RACERS TO PURSUE AERODYNAMIC EDGE AT GENERAL MOTORS WIND TUNNEL
CALGARY, AB (October 9th, 2008) – Members of the media are invited to attend as three Canadian Alpine Ski Team athletes take part in a training exercise at the General Motors Wind Tunnel in Warren, Michigan.
The unique collaboration between sport and science will have World Cup champion Jan Hudec (Calgary, AB), multiple World Cup medalist Manuel Osborne-Paradis (Vancouver, BC) and FIS Alpine World Junior Ski Championships medalist Gareth Sine (Calgary, AB) testing the latest aerodynamic technologies.
