Soccer Practice

Now that the soccer season is in full swing it is important that teams get the most out of their practices. Once players have mastered the fundamentals of soccer, coaches can improve their practices by:

  • Introducing advanced drills
  • Team building
  • Goal setting, and
  • Cardio training

Like other sports, injuries are a major concern for soccer players. Coaches must continuously work with their teams to prevent injuries; warm-up, stretching and training are all key components of avoiding injuries.
