Physical Education

Participating in sports can lead to the enhancement of work ethic, discipline, time management and organizational skills of students. It has also shown to boost self esteem, energy levels and concentration. Physical education can provide students with an excellent opportunity to participate in sports on a regular basis.  SIRC is pleased to support School Sport Week, October 12-19, 2007

Student Participation
